Wind Turbines on Our Horizon?

A public forum featuring Great Lakes Energy Development Task Force members who will present summary findings and conclusions from the recently completed feasibility study concerning the prospects for offshore wind energy in Lake Erie. The task force has worked for two years to assess the potential for a wind turbine demonstration project on Lake Erie.

The forum will review the economic opportunity and environmental implications of establishing Greater Cleveland as a leading center for offshore wind energy in North America. A question & answer period will follow.
