Lakewood Hospital and Players on Madison Restaurant in Lakewood are joining forces to bring healthier food choices to the community.

Lakewood Hospital's Carolyn Bouquot, R.D., L.D., clinical nutrition manager, and Anthony Romano, executive chef at Players on Madison Restaurant, have brought their expertise together to prepare a fourcourse meal comprised entirely with natural, organic and/or healthy food ingredients.

Before each course, Carolyn and Anthony will describe the entrée and its nutritional value. Diners will be provided with the list of the ingredients used for each course.
