The 2010 Census forms have been mailed to all Lakewood households. It is very important to Lakewood's future that everyone living here be counted.

If you know someone who needs help with the form, the Census Bureau has set up the following Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QACs) in Lakewood to help residents requiring assistance in filling out their census forms:

The QACs will be open approximately 15 hours per week and staffed by census employees. They will assist individuals who do not understand how to complete the questionnaire, have questions about the 2010 Census in general or who need language assistance. Census questionnaires are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Russian. Language Assistance Guides (which provide a translation of the instructions and questions) are available in 59 languages. QACs will be open through April 19, 2010
